Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched on the same day if ordered before 3pm. If the item is out of stock with any supplier we will endeavour to stop the item as soon as possible.

We make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability, both stock we hold and with our suppliers. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, customers may cancel the order at this stage if they wish to do so.

We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment customers have made in respect of that order.

Our returns process uses a return authority form that can be completed and sent back with the items in a full sellable condition, including all original packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to charge for damaged or missing items if returned.

All shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.
