Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Your items will be dispatched once we have received confirmation of payment in full for all items on the order. Packing & shipping of goods will proceed when items have been tested for shipment or configured (if required).

If orders are received before 2pm local time, items will be shipped on the same business day. If orders are received after this time, they will be shipped the following business day. Items to be sent to countries outside of the UK may take up to 4 days for delivery depending on your local customs delays. We reserve the right not to ship items where card billing and shipping address do not match. Alternative methods of payment can be arranged if required, such as bank transfer.

Returns Policy:

If an item needs to be returned to us, it must be done withing 7 days. Returns for change of mind or incorrect choice will only be reimbursed with a credit note, that can be used in the store within one year. Please choose product carefully. A re-stocking charge of 20% will apply to any returns processed. This will only be processed once the returned unit is deemed to be in full working order. All boxes and booklets should be returned in 'resale' condition.

Items returned due to change of mind, or incorrect ordering will only be reimbursed once the items have arrived back with our processing department, and all contents are in original condition. Any return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the sender.

Products such as voice services are ran in a pre-pay basis. To ensure continued service, your account must be in credit. You can see your credit balance at any time in the accounts section of our home page.

Cancellation. If you cancel an order BEFORE the items are shipped from us to you, we can reverse the transaction, and credit your card for the full amount.
