Services Overview of services on all plans
We have tried to keep the idea of using VoIP as simple as possible
VoIP professional hosted IP PBX is like having your own in-house phone
system, without the capital expense of buying the 'box on the wall'
You can use your own SIP VoIP phones, or you can purchase compatible phones
from our on-line store. In addition, you can connect multiple offices, or home
office workers together in one system
Free calls between extensions
This means what is says. When you call an extension on the system, ie one of
the other 4 phones, if you have a basic plan 5 user system, the call is free.
No matter where the phone extension is located in the world. (As long as it has
a connection to the internet of course!)
Voicemail & voicemail-to-email
When you are not at your phone, the caller will get your personal message, and
if you have set up your email address in the system, the voice message will be
forwarded to your email address as a .WAV file for you to play. Or you simply play
the file from the phone when you are next available
Multi-party conferences
All users on the system, (and any external party) can hold a voice conference. All plans come with the conference facility built in. This allows you to bring your staff together from multiple locations, either in another office, at the home office, or on the road. There are no extra charges for conferencing.
You have full access 24/7 to your own conference system.
Outside Dialing
Simply dial the full country code, area code and number you want, and you are
through. No prefixes, no fuss
Music on hold
You need to keep your callers entertained while you tell the other caller to go
away!
Transfer of calls
The ability to simply move the caller to another extension, for example all
calls could come into an extension you call reception, then when answered by
the receptionist, they can be transferred to one of the other
extensions, or voicemail if after hours, or maybe an external number
- Simple!
Direct Inward Dialing
This allows people not on your system to call you. You need at least one number
for this. We provide one number per system, but you can have as many as you
like, from anywhere in the world. You can tell us which extension should ring
when this 'DID' number is called

Dedicated stand alone in-bound FAX to email
service
Perfect if you need incoming faxes converted and sent to an email address.
We can set up any number of DID numbers from most countries that can receive
faxes, and then the fax is forwarded as a .PDF file to your chosen email
address. You can log into our web interface and track when faxes were received.
This is a perfect solution for any company who receive faxes. You don’t need
any new equipment or phone lines! Prices start at $9.95 per month for 500
pages. This can be part of a plan, or simply a dedicated number on it's own.
Dedicated conference rooms
This is perfect for an organisation that needs a dedicated dial-in
conference. A DID number can be provided, such as a local rate number, again in
most countries, and each room can be set up with a PIN. Prices start at $19.99
per month for up to 6 users.
