Conferencing
The system provides a full voice conference service to all
internal users. Have up to 8 people calling into a conference room,
24hrs per day. No bookings required, or expensive charges, its all
included in your system. You can even have an external dial in (DID)
number to provide external access. This could be for customer or
a supplier to conference into the system and have a meeting.
Direct dial numbers (DID's)
These numbers are real telephone numbers that outside callers use to call you.
We can port, (i.e. move) your existing number to the system (depending
on your current provider and location) or we can provide new cost
effective numbers.
These inbound numbers can be from most countries in the world, so you
could have a US number that rings your extension on your desk in the UK
for example, or it could ring your softphone on your laptop.
We can also provide non-geographic numbers such as 1800, 0800, 1300
etc. These can be provided from most countries. This allows you
to offer your customer free calling to you.
Trunk Service
This is when we connect your existing PBX system that you already have,
to our VoIP network. This will allow you to make calls to destinations
at much better rates. You can also call other VoIP users in the system
for free as long as you want to talk to them. You can have new users
added to the system, and you can call them direct from your existing
phones. It simply involves installing a small gateway device at your
premises. Most PBX systems will work. Please call us with the detail of
your existing system.
Web based management system
Full access to your telephone system via a web portal to provide complete
control of your service.
From here you can see details such as call records, forwarding details, call barring and time based calling details etc
You can be completely in control of your system, or we can do this on your behalf if you are not sure what to do
Different types of users
The system can be used for different types of users these are described below
Main office user
This type of user is permanently based in the office, such as a typical
desk worker or receptionist. These users are set up with a permanent
deskphone, and can perform all functions such as call transfer,
conference etc
Regional office user
These are the same as the main office users, and even though the
offices could be in another part of the country, or another part of the
world, calls between these users are always free.
Road user or home user
These users are generally based in a home office or a hotel. If they
have a good internet connection they can be contacted. If they are
connected via the internet, calls to these users are again free. We can
provide a quality grade DSL connection to your regular home workers to
improve call quality and ensure they are always available. However, if
the quality of the internet at the remote location is adequate, this
should not pose a problem for one or two users.
Calling card users
Give your staff or end users the ability to use the system to make
calls using our pre-pay cards. This can dramatically reduce your mobile
roaming charges.
Internet connectivity
Your voice quality will be related to the quality of your internet
service at each location. You can use your existing internet
connection, but we can also supply a fully monitored SLA based internet connection from your office to our core network. This will ensure the best quality service for your voice traffic.
